Ibiza, Spain: Sacred Cacaoista Apprenticeship with Rebekah Shaman. May 10-18
In April, I will spend a week on this magical Isle honing my chocolate knowledge on a “Sacred Cacaoista Apprenticeship” with a friend, author, healer, and mentor Rebekah Shaman. There, I will deepen my understanding of ancient plant medicines, focusing on Ceremonial Cacao as a facilitator to help people open their hearts and mind, and release blocked energy. Bristol, UK: Bringing the Heart of Cacao to Bristol, England on March 24th
Combining forces with Janey Barrett, owner of Equalibrium studio and amazing massage therapist, reflexologist, and hypnotherapist to introduce the Heart of Cacao Ceremony to the Wild Wolf Studio in Bristol. Janey and I met in Salar de Atacama, the largest salt desert in Northern Chile in 1999, and have been waiting years to collaborate. Magic happens when were are together, so come and join us for this special heart opening meditation and sound journey March 24th. Daufuskie Island, SC: Yoga Tribe and Vegan Retreat. May 18-20
I am honored to be assisting Glenda Roberts & Tanya Colucci for the inaugural “Yoga Tribe & Vegan Labyrinth Island Retreat“. The weekend will be focused on clean eating, vegan cooking classes, a variety of yoga classes, sunrise meditations, Labyrinth explorations, personal reflections and sound healing. We will end the retreat with a beautiful, heart-opening cacao mediation to let go of any blocks to loving and livening life to its fullest. This will be followed by a special closing ceremony where we can share our experiences and set intentions to continue the journey. For more details click here.
